We begin our journey with data gathering and goal setting. I will provide you with some in depth questionnaires and will walk you through a series of self assessments. The vital data I collect at this point will provide me with important information regarding your starting point and desired outcome. Using this data, I will create a customized program for you to do while considering the equipment you have available, how much time you can commit, and other factors.
I will create and provide a workout program for you that will be easy to understand and will progress over time. We will meet by live video feed and you will gain access to my video library so you can always reference the customized program I have made for you.
My programs include a customized stretching and mobilizing routine that can be done daily as well as a corrective and performance based strength training program. You decide your time commitment and I create the program to fit.
In addition to your exercise program, I will coach you on other areas of lifestyle that may be obstacles between you and your dream. Sleep, nutrition, stress and overall happiness will all be relevant in this way, it is what we call a four Doctors approach.
Together, we will work to ensure your technique is correct for each exercise in the program by appropriate progressions, and with live video chat and recorded video correspondence. I will work with you between sessions by text and email to provide additional guidance. This will save you tons of money over a personal trainer that is there to count reps and make small talk.
Before our first session I will send you a series of self-assessments you can perform to give us an overview of your posture and movement patterns, as well as some in depth questionnaires regarding your lifestyle, symptoms and major obstacles. I will ask you to clearly define your objective, your dream and the things that are standing in your way.
When I receive the questionnaires and self assessment data from you, I will review it and prepare for our first one on one meeting. Based on the findings, I may ask for some additional information to make sure I am creating a program that is completely customized to your needs and goals.
During our first session, I will discuss the information we gathered in our first step. I will gather all of the remaining information that I need to create a custom program and answer any questions. I will also give you a few points to start working on immediately based upon the data that I gathered and specific pain points you are dealing with
The next phase is all on me. I will sit with the information I have gathered and create a custom program that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. I will use specific parameters such as your available time investment, equipment available to you, other resources that can help and the support system you have in place. I need to make sure that the program not only moves you quickly in the right direction but is also one that fits into your life.
Our second one on one session will be delivery of the program. During this time, I will share the program I have created and walk you through it to make sure you feel comfortable implementing it. I will also provide specific resources for you such as access to my video library and literature that will serve as an additional tool to help you. It is my goal to make sure you feel completely comfortable with the program by the time we complete this session.
I will be available to answer any questions that arise from the implementation of the program I have provided. This could mean a simple progression or regression of an exercise, it could also be something relating to your lifestyle that you feel is an obstacle between where you are and the results you want.
We will continue to meet for one on one sessions every two to six weeks. During this time, we will discuss the program and how everything feels. We will assess progress and also make any changes to the program that are needed.
We will progress the program every six to eight weeks, depending on a number of factors. The more time and energy you can dedicate, the faster you will improve and the faster we can progress. At each stage, we will assess progress and create a plan from there, with online fitness coaching.
You will gain access to monthly zoom calls with a community of like minded people that are also on a journey of optimization and improving their health. Submit questions before or during the call and the entire group will benefit.
