I specialize in holistic nutrition and provide nutrition counseling for people looking to improve their diet and life. I try to make the change to eating healthy as easy as possible for people. This means meeting with me and discussing what is and isn’t working in your current diet. I will find and suggest changes and help you implement those changes. This can include grocery shopping, finding recipes and meals that meet your needs and helping you sort through the food you currently have in your refrigerator and pantry.
To suggest that everybody needs to eat the same exact way will not provide optimum results. One single diet will not work for everyone and that is why most of the information found online rarely provides positive and lasting results. People are as different on the inside as they are on the outside and my goal is to find what foods work for your unique body and what foods don’t. There will be no calorie counting, you won’t be starving yourself, you won’t be taking any products or pills, and you won’t have to eat foods you don’t like. We will begin by taking a metabolic typing test to determine which ratio of fats, proteins and carbohydrates are right for your body. We will use that information as a guide to help determine the best foods for you.
